To Improve Your
Client's Warm Up….
Then I’ve Got Just The Solution for You!
You are about to discover how to improve your client's mobility using only a low box and
a ton of fun exercises, Guaranteed!
Dear Fellow
Coaches and Athletes,
How would you like to have a simple, yet highly effective way to prepare your clients to move better before they actually start the workout?
When it comes to warm up and mobility exercises, the biggest problem we
have with our clients is they simply don’t like to do them. Most warm
up and mobility exercises are boring and clients don’t feel like they are
accomplishing anything. Plus, many of the mobility exercise used by
fitness professionals are not really functional and don’t help the client when
it is time to get on their feet and start moving.
Don't
worry, I have the solution....
Low Box Training 2
Mobility and Stability Training
Watch
This Now!
For years I have trained my clients on 4 to 6 inch boxes and saw incredible results for foot quickness and body positioning.
But what you probably don’t know is I have used the low box also to prepare my clients for
great workouts. I call this preparation my mobility and stability routine. I didn’t include this
routine in the original Low Box Training
for Athletes DVD because I simple didn’t think it would be of interest to most people. Boy, was I
wrong! The thousands of coaches and trainers who have personally watched my workouts are
most often fascinated by the mobility and stability routine than the actual
workouts and drills. So, I finally decided to put together a compact video for you with the progressions I follow to mobilize and prepare my clients for a great workout.
Here is what you will discover:
How important it is to choose the correct box size for you clients.
Why standing on their feet will actually mobilize and prepare the client for a better workout.
How to position the body for optimal results.
Why it is vital to include all 3 planes of movement during a mobility
session.
How to increase stability by turning on as many proprioceptors as possible.
Why and how including tubing and medicine balls will dramatically improve the clients awareness and preparedness.
How you can take this foundational program and add your own flavor to it to meet the needs of your clients.
Why it is important to incorporate the core musculature and thoracic region into the mobility exercises.
And....a whole lot more!
Low Box Training 2.... Mobility and Stability Training is literally for every coach, trainer, physical
therapist and athlete wishing to add an effective, safe and fun warm up to their program.
If you are currently using mobility exercises with your clients while they are
laying on the ground or on a table,
then you need to include more functional Low Box Mobility exercises in your program…
4
BIG reasons
why...
You ultimately want your clients to move through proper ranges of motion subconsciously while they are working out. You don’t want them to have to think about it every time they
move.
Mobility should include ground reaction forces as much as possible for the lower body and hips. If you are manually mobilizing the body there is no actual real life involvement of the kinetic chain or proprioceptors as they exist in true function.
You want your clients to feel as though they are doing something that translates into to better movement. This is exactly what Low Box Mobility Training does.
It is important to have exercises you can take from a general non-specific level to a more specific or individualized level.

sporting excellence and injury"
"Lee Taft is a genius when it comes to understanding and practically applying the science and art of athletic development. In my mind,
there is no one better in the world or more equipped to develop young athletes for sporting excellence and injury
prevention. I give my unconditional endorsement to Lee as simply the 'Coaches
Coach'. Young athletes, their parents and Coaches should consider themselves very fortunate to be able to work with or learn from this man"
